Only if the item you have received is not the item you purchased. If that is the case please contact me a.s.a.p. so it can be fixed.

◊ Can I order a custom item?

I will take custom orders on buttons and jewelry. Send me an email [xkiddox@gmail.com] and we can try to work something out.
Custom orders will take a bit longer to make and ship. They may also vary in price.

◊ Can I insure my order?

Only orders within the U.S. can be insured. Orders over $50 are automatically insured.
If your purchase is under $50 and you want insurance please specify that under special instructions at the checkout page and add $1.70 to the total.
